What should I bring for the whale shark tour?+
Bring swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, a towel, and anything you personally need for an early-morning trip. We recommend keeping valuables to a minimum.
What time does the tour depart?+
Whale shark experiences operate in the early morning. Your exact pickup or meeting time depends on the tour type and operating conditions for the day.
Is the tour suitable for children?+
Children can join when the selected tour and current sea conditions are suitable. Please include children's ages when making an inquiry so we can advise you on the best option.
How far in advance should I reserve?+
Advance reservation is recommended because departures are early and daily operating capacity can be limited. Same-day requests may not always be possible.
